Will supports Carter's development team across multifamily, senior living, and mixed-use projects, contributing to all phases of the development process as the company continues to grow its pipeline.
Prior to Carter, Will worked in project management at Fortune-Johnson, where he procured and helped deliver multifamily projects exceeding $200 million in value. In that role, he was responsible for hiring and managing trade partners from project kickoff through closeout.
