Each Summer, Carter welcomes a class of Associates to our team, providing in-depth exposure for both undergraduate and graduate students to a best-in-class real estate development firm. Throughout the summer, each Associate will be a member of the Carter team, attending meetings, visiting projects, and learning essential components of the development process such as deal underwriting, market analysis, asset management, and construction management. Through Carter's countless partnerships within the Atlanta community, Summer Associates also have the chance to interact with stakeholders across the real estate industry in Atlanta.
