Scott Taylor
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Scott serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Carter, where he leads the company’s strategic vision, and drives business development efforts. With more than three decades of real estate experience since beginning his career in 1989, Scott joined Carter in 2004 and now oversees all development and investment activities guiding the firm’s overall direction and growth.
In addition to his professional leadership, Scott is deeply involved in civic and community initiatives. He currently serves as Chairman of the Fox Theatre Board of Directors, and the Immediate Past Chairman of Zoo Atlanta’s Board of Directors and as a Board Member of the Atlanta Committee for Progress. He previously chaired the Metropolitan Atlanta YMCA Board of Directors and its Advisory Board.
