Owen Lipscomb
DIRECTOR - DEVELOPMENT
Owen oversees design and construction of Carter's mixed-use and multifamily projects in the Southeast. His background with Carter from 2019-2022 and his prior experience with Choate Construction and the Rockefeller Group has led him to effectively manage construction projects. Owen is motivated by his passion for the built environment and consistently delivers mutually beneficial project solutions. He endeavors to build lasting relationships and demonstrates excellence through a focus on detail and quality.
In his prior roles, Owen has spent 6 years with Choate Construction Company where he contributed to the successful completion of $200 million in projects across a diverse portfolio of market sectors. Additionally, Owen has worked with Rockefeller Group as a Senior Project Manager.
