Construction Update: Story University North

Story University North is under construction and slated to open in Q4 2024

Under Construction – Charlotte, NC

Carter is developing Story University North – a 300-unit multifamily residential community – in Charlotte, NC, about 20 minutes north of uptown. Dynamik Design is the architect and Summit is the general contractor. Construction commenced in April 2023 and is tracking for full completion in July 2025.

Story Mt. Zion sits on 24.58 acres along Morehead Road in Charlotte, NC about 10 minutes from University City. The community comprises of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, all with modern high-end finishes. Residents will have access to an outdoor swimming pool, a fenced dog park and dedicated pet grooming station, car wash station, two outdoor kitchen and entertainment areas, a fitness center, and other amenities. Of the 300 for-rent units,  276 are in eight 3-story multifamily buildings and 24 are in four 2-story townhome units.

 Story University North is slated to welcome its first residents in Q4 2024.
