Carter is developing Prospect Highland Oaks – a 324-unit luxury apartment community – in Tampa, Florida. Situated on a 20-acre site in the Brandon submarket, this garden-style project is being developed in partnership with Brook Farm Group. Preston Partnership is the architect, and Oxford Properties is the general contractor. Construction is underway and tracking for full completion in November, 2027.

Located less than half a mile from the I-75 and Route 574 interchange, Prospect Highland Oaks offers residents exceptional access to Tampa's central business district and key employment hubs, including the regional headquarters for JP Morgan Chase and Citigroup, which together employ over 7,500 professionals.

Prospect Highland Oaks will feature a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, all designed with modern, high-end finishes.
