From financial modeling to market research, our team dug into the fundamentals of all Carter projects alongside these bright minds. What made it truly special was the time our team spent together. From sitting in on client meetings to visiting projects in person, our team made sure every moment together counted as a chance to learn and grow.
The summer associates brought their fresh energy, great questions, and a new perspective that made our whole team better. One of the highlights this summer was having them sit in on meetings, where they got a front-row seat to the crucial conversations that shape our work every day. Seeing how different perspectives and roles in development come together, taking notes, and asking sharp questions after — that's where so much of the real learning happened.
We are grateful for their curiosity, hard work, and for trusting us with part of their journey. We're proud of what they accomplished this summer and can't wait to see where they will go from here.
