ABOUT THE PROJECT

The 229-unit, 521-bed Creekside at The Grounds is a fully furnished student apartment community in Winston-Salem created for upperclassmen and graduate students, opening Fall 2027 with pre-leasing beginning Spring 2026. Located within The Grounds mixed-use district adjacent to Wake Forest University, the community offers a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans, with a private bathroom for every bedroom.

Designed to support both academic success and everyday comfort, Creekside will feature a range of indoor and outdoor amenities, including study rooms, a fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool, a kitchen and entertainment area, and a resident lounge and courtyard. Additional gathering spaces include gas grills and outdoor dining areas, creating inviting places for residents to connect, unwind and enjoy the setting together.

Set along restored Silas Creek, the community also offers controlled-access entry, included parking, an electric car charging station, and a walking trail to campus, bringing convenience, connection, and natural surroundings together in one vibrant residential experience.
