ABOUT THE PROJECT

Carter and Hunt are partnering to develop a mixed-use community located next to Lake Wire and the new Bonnet Springs Park in Lakeland, Florida. The project is located on 22.15 acres on Prospect Street, a 4-minute drive from Interstate 4 located in Downtown Lakeland. The first phase of the project includes 300 multifamily units at Prospect at Lake Wire and 15,650 SF of retail.
