Haden Masterson

Haden joins Carter as a Development Partner, where he focuses on expanding the company's development pipeline across Texas by bringing market knowledge, capital relationships, and deal-making experience to drive meaningful growth in the state's most active corridors.
An accomplished investment professional, Haden brings deep expertise in multifamily acquisitions, capital formation, underwriting, and market expansion. Most recently, he served as Managing Director, North Texas at 35 South Capital. Prior to that, as Partner and Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at LURIN, he personally sourced and closed more than 2,500 units and contributed to over $500 million in transactions across Texas, Northwest Arkansas, and Tennessee.
Haden holds both a Bachelor of Science and an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the TCU Neeley School of Business. Known for his relationship-driven approach and disciplined eye for value, he brings a depth of market expertise and transactional experience that strengthens Carter's presence across Texas.
