In this role, he builds relationships with a range of new clients and capital sources, connecting the firm with the partners and opportunities that shape its next chapter of growth.
An accomplished investment professional, Gordon brings deep experience in multifamily real estate, equity raises, due diligence, and relationship-driven deal execution. He has helped direct equity raises for twelve multifamily acquisitions totaling $147 million, establishing a strong track record in investment vetting, stakeholder management, capital relationships, and values-aligned stewardship. His disciplined, executive approach to building trust makes him a natural fit for driving Carter's business development efforts forward.
An eleven-year Major League Baseball veteran and University of Georgia alumnus, Gordon pairs the focus and discipline of a professional athlete with a relationship-based approach to everything he does.
