Blake Bryant
ASSOCIATE
Blake oversees acquisition efforts for Carter’s Story projects throughout the Southeast, as well as for any potential opportunistic redevelopment or acquisition projects. He joined Carter in 2021 after working at Stoneweg U.S., LLC and receiving a Masters of Real Estate at the University of Florida. He is an integral part of the Development organization, performing site selection analysis and market research, underwriting, managing contract negotiations, and maintaining broker relationships.
