Adam Parker

VICE PRESIDENT

Adam focuses on the day-to-day execution of Carter’s development, asset management, and advisory portfolios and leads the firm’s governmental affairs and public policy areas. Adam joined Carter in 2016 and works on all phases of the projects, from preliminary due diligence and government incentives to contractor coordination and neighborhood relations. Prior to joining Carter, Adam was a consultant at Deloitte where he worked with clients on assembling and executing large-scale public-private partnerships. He is actively involved with the Atlanta community, serving on boards for the Atlanta Fire Rescue Foundation and City of Atlanta Tax Allocation Districts. He is an active alumnus of Wake Forest University and Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
