Adam Parker

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Adam leads Carter's mixed-use development projects and public-private partnerships across the country. Since joining Carter in 2016, he manages all phases of development, from sourcing new opportunities and municipality coordination to project financing and neighborhood relations.

Currently directing the development of The Grounds, the 100-acre mixed-use project in partnership with Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC, Adam also contributes to Carter's advisory portfolio. He oversees the company's governmental affairs and public policy initiatives, working with officials on priority topics including workforce development, transportation, park improvements, and public art. Adam serves as development lead for Carter's ongoing pro bono work with At Promise Centers.
