Sam Galloway

Sam supports the Development team, specializing in underwriting, feasibility analysis, and financial analysis. Sam was a 2020 Carter Summer Associate and returned to Carter in 2022 after working as a fund management analyst at Jamestown LP where he conducted fund-level financial analysis for the Premier Property Fund, the firm’s open-end core-plus investment vehicle.
