Patti NealExecutive Vice President

Patti has more than 25 years of experience in managing complex, multi-phased projects for both institutional and private clients. 

Since joining Carter in 2000, Patti has worked on Carter’s design and construction team, where she now serves as it’s lead. She has successfully delivered nearly $1 billion in development with project types ranging from office and medical space to urban mixed-use. Her skills include budget development and management, contract negotiations, scheduling, designer and contractor relations, and management of construction delivery. She believes the success to any project is relationships and works hard with all team members to create the best possible outcome for the project and the client.

Outside of work, Patti and her husband Todd keep busy raising their three teenage children. When they are not spending time chasing their kids’ sports and activities, they love to travel and be outdoors. Patti is passionate about endurance sports and has completed numerous marathons and Ironman races.
