Lindsay HallSummer Associate

Lindsay joins Carter as a Summer Associate after completing her first year at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. After graduating from the University of Georgia in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism (Advertising) and a Bachelor of Arts in French, Lindsay spent time interning in the music industry for two artist management firms in Nashville. She moved to Washington, D.C. and worked as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator for the Sofitel Washington DC Lafayette Square Hotel.

Lindsay made the transition into commercial real estate in a digital marketing capacity with Bernstein Management Corporation, a D.C.-based real estate investment and property management firm which owns and manages 4,900 multifamily units and 3.5 million square feet of office, flex, and industrial warehouse space. Lindsay moved to Greensboro, North Carolina to work in digital marketing for Bell Partners Inc., a real estate investment and property management firm with 70,000 units under management. At Bell, she heavily supported acquisition and disposition digital marketing efforts.

Pursuing a Real Estate concentration at Kenan-Flagler Business School, Lindsay is an active member and Co-Vice President of Learning & Development for the Real Estate Club. In this role, she is responsible for organizing the first-year case competition, hosting a guest speaker series entitled Asset Class Day, and holding weekly class sessions for first-year Real Estate concentrators, introducing them to the commercial real estate industry and recruiting tactics. Lindsay is also a proud member of the Carolina Women in Business Club, a Forte Fellow, a Dean’s Fellow, and a Stephen M. Cumbie Real Estate Fellow.

Originally from Atlanta, Lindsay and her husband are currently based in Greensboro, North Carolina. In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys playing golf, visiting her parents’ home at Grandfather Mountain, and cheering on UNC Tarheel basketball and Georgia Bulldog football teams.
