Kendall joined Carter in August 2013 as a project manager with a strong background in multi-family, resort and corporate projects.
He is a Vice President in Carter’s development group, helping to manage both equity development projects and educational program management assignments. Kendall most recently provides program management services for the City of Sandy Springs City Springs project, a $225M mixed-use development.
Prior to joining Carter’s team, Kendall worked as Project Manager and Consultant for TruQuality, a construction management and consulting firm in Atlanta. Before TruQuality, Kendall worked in a variety of management roles for engineering and real estate companies. He was a Senior Project Manager for over 1,300 safety and environmental personnel on the BP Horizon Oil Spill with Meyer Engineering. While at Resort Ventures, Kendall developed a $130M resort in Cabo San Lucas Mexico, The Resort at Pedregal. While at Novare Group, Kendall managed all construction phases of 12 projects in five states, totaling 4,178 condominium residences and 237 hotel rooms.
Kendall is an accomplished team leader with a proven track record in project, people and business management in a variety of settings. He is a task-oriented individual who has the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues. He is committed to the highest levels of professional and personal excellence.
Kendall is an avid outdoors man with a passion for teaching children all aspects of bow hunting and fishing. He has been a professional archer on Hoyt Archery’s Pro Staff for over 10 years. He is married and a father of two daughters who share the same love for the outdoors and nature.
