Cody Blackburn
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Cody leads design and construction project management for Carter Story projects in Florida and Georgia, and for the company’s mixed-use project Lake Wire in Lakeland, FL. He joined Carter in 2021 from Juneau Construction where he managed multifamily and higher-education projects. Previously, Cody worked at Holder Construction where he managed data center construction projects and was on the Mercedes-Benz Stadium team.
