Carter was engaged by RockTenn, one of the leading producers of corrugated and consumer packaging and recycling products, in June 2011 to assist them in organizing and building out an additional 145, 000 SF of space due to their acquisition of a mid-western company. Carter supported the site search, contract review, the design management, construction build out, furniture consulting and negotiations and relocation services for them over a 12 month period. Project build-out included office space with break rooms, conference rooms, reception spaces and a mail room. The project was completed on time and within budget.
