Aston at City Springs

Aston at City Springs is the luxury residential component of City Springs, a mixed-use public-private development.  

The Sandy Springs City Springs mixed-use development is a public-private partnership between the City of Sandy Springs and a Joint Venture between Carter and Selig Enterprises. The development will encompass a 14 acre site at the heart of Sandy Springs and will provide a true mixed use environment with a Performing Arts Center, City Hall, restaurants and retail, luxury apartments and a 4 acre central park.

The private component of this development, Aston at City Springs, includes a 4.61 acre site featuring 294 for-rent residential units consisting of a mix of 19 townhouses and 275 flats. The residential units will be split between two residential buildings, 234 above-grade parking spaces and 209 spaces in the underground parking deck that will be nested for resident use. There will be 25,823 square feet of retail which will be comprised of the eastern and western sections of “market square.” The private development is part of a larger $250 Million mixed-use development designed and built by the City of Sandy Springs. The entirety of the development has been branded “City Springs”. The public components include a Civic Office Building, a 1,025 seat Performing Arts Center, a Studio Theater, (“Black Box”), which will be used as the City Council chambers, a total of 900 parking spaces on site, and a 2 acre central park which will include a central green space, shaded seating areas, and an interactive fountain. 

The City of Sandy Springs anticipates having all components of the public program completed and open for patrons by December 2017 and the private components will be complete shortly thereafter.
