Total parking for the medical office building and hotel will include 978 spaces
- A six-story parking deck will be located below the MOB and will house parking for both the office building and hotel. It will be built into the natural slope of the terrain and will be at-grade at the front portion of the site. It will be screened with natural landscaping.
- The deck’s user-friendly design includes a ground floor reserved for physicians, physician-only-access elevators, and valet parking.
