Thank you for your interest in becoming a Carter Choice Vendor. Only those vendors that complete all areas
of the registration process will be eligible to receive an invitation to bid for services
and to become a Carter Choice Vendor.
New Registrants
We believe that you will find the following registration process to be easy to complete.
However, if you require additional information about our system, or details, please contact
the Director of Corporate Programs. for more information before proceeding.
- Please provide basic information about your business. Note that there are required fields.
If a section does not apply to your business, you can simply leave it blank.
- Select the product and/or service classification areas that best fit your business and
experience. You will also be asked to answer qualification questions.
- Please submit an electronic alternate W9.
- Once complete, click "Submit", upon which you will receive a Vendor Registration ID number.

Once you've completed the registration process, you should receive an email confirmation from us at the address you provided during registration. If you do not receive a confirmation within four business days, click here. Be sure to include the name of your business, your name, the date you registered and your email address.
Vendor Registration Changes
If you are a registered vendor with Carter and need to make changes to your vendor registration (i.e. address changes, etc.), click here, and please make sure to include your business name, address, phone and vendor ID number (FEIN number), and the corrected information.
