The overall vacancy rate was 13 percent, a decrease from 13.3 percent at year-end 2006, and $3.43/nnn was the asking rental rate at year-end 2007. The Atlanta flex market posted 553,000 square feet of net absorption, and 241,000 square feet were under construction at year-end 2007.
