Todd is responsible for overseeing client relationships and providing project management for a variety of higher education projects.

Todd is an experienced project manager who has been with Carter for 10 years. He provides daily management required for Carter’s clients and projects and oversees the development of schedules, budgets and work-plans to execute the task at hand. Todd serves as a liaison between the design team, the construction manager, project consultants and the client to ensure accurate and timely exchange of critical information. He provides on-site management to ensure the owner’s interest is protected relating to cost and schedule and provides feasibility opinions on changes requested by the owner, contractor, and AE. Todd excels in managing complex projects with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders that require minimum impact on the operations of the facility or campus.

Todd has one daughter, Madison, who graduated high school in 2014 and is currently pursuing a professional nursing degree. His favorite pastimes of hunting, fishing and golf revolve around his love of the outdoors. Prior to joining Carter, he served as an assistant project manager for a national contractor in Tampa, Florida.
