Todd is responsible for overseeing client relationships and providing project management for a variety of higher education projects.

Todd is a highly capable and experienced project manager providing the daily management required for Carter’s clients and projects. He provides the project leadership to develop schedules, budgets and work-plans to execute the task at hand and meet the client’s needs and expectations. Todd serves as a liaison between the design team, the construction manager, project consultants and the client to ensure accurate and timely exchange of critical project information.

Todd provides on-site management as he ensures that the owner’s interest is protected relating to cost and schedule impact changes, all while providing feasibility and constructability opinions on owner, contractor, and AE requested changes. Todd excels in complex situations where projects have many competing priorities, multiple stakeholders and need to have a minimum impact on on-going operations of the facility or campus.

He has been providing excellent service to Carter clients for over nine years. Todd was promoted to director in the spring of 2013 and to vice president July 2014. Prior to joining Carter, Todd served as an assistant project manager for a national contractor in Tampa, Florida.
