Volunteer for charity events benefiting children and the homeless
Michelle’s focus is to build the community at the MET while maintaining a level of excellence in all aspects of Carter’s office operations.
Michelle has been a part of the Carter team since November 2007. As Community Manager, Michelle works with MET tenants on all events while also ensuring the office environment flows flawlessly and provides all necessary tools to meet the needs of the office.
She has an eye for detail in planning events and organizing meetings for tenants and the company alike. She maintains this same level of excellence in the coordination of the back-office duties such as mailroom and ordering supplies. Michelle also plays an important role as “the face of Carter” as she is often the first person customers, candidates or clients interact with. In this role, her positive attitude is infectious and often rubs off on the people she greets day-to-day.
Prior to working for Carter, Michelle worked for UPS as a Smalls Sort Supervisor. In this role, she focused on maintaining the organization and accuracy of the sorting process for timely delivery.
Michelle loves spending time with her family, and has a passion for riding motorcycles and crocheting. She is very active in charity events that benefit children and the homeless.
