Colin provides solutions, perspective and clarity to the design and construction of Carter’s development projects.
Colin joined Carter’s Construction and Project Management team in 2014 and has over ten years of industry experience. His role as Construction and Design Manager includes providing solutions, perspective and clarity to the design and construction of Carter’s development projects.
Before coming on board at Carter, Colin served as a project manager for KPost Company in Dallas, Texas. While maintaining a typical project load with KPost Company, Colin was additionally charged with managing KPost Company’s involvement in the DFW Terminal Renewal and Improvement Project (TRIP) at the Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport. TRIP is a seven-year, $2 Billion project.
Colin managed construction budgets and schedules on two of Carter’s student-housing developments: 413 Huron in Ann Arbor, Michigan and Tetro in San Antonio, Texas. Colin is currently managing Aston City Springs in Sandy Springs, Georgia.
Colin enjoys sailing, rugby (both watching and playing), and spending time with his family.
