Atlanta Business Chronicle | First-to-market Bareburger headed to Midtown's 715 Peachtree
Midtown’s newly renovated 715 Peachtree building has landed three retail tenants: Bareburger, Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee Company, and rock climbing gym Stone Summit.
Developer Carter and capital partner PCCP LLC on Friday announced the additions to 715 Peachtree, a 10-story office building near the Fox Theatre that will house a software development center for Honeywell International Inc. (NYSE: HON). Co-working concept Spaces is already open at the building.
Bareburger will open its first Atlanta location at the building. The concept that originated in New York offers organic and all-natural burgers in a casual setting. It’s expected to open later this year.
Land of a Thousand Hills coffee company, which launched in Roswell and since has expanded to Atlantic Station and beyond, will open its third Atlanta location at 715 Peachtree. It’s set to open next month.
And, Stone Summit, which today has two metro Atlanta locations, will operate a bouldering and fitness facility at 715 Peachtree. It’s expected to open later this year.
The leases represent “the emergence of Midtown’s southern half as a retail destination and hotspot,” Carter’s Matt Delicata said in announcement.
Brittany McCall and Kelsey Mandus of Vantage Realty Partners led the retail leasing efforts at 715 Peachtree.
