Carter and Selig plan to begin construction this summer on residential and retails portions of the project, reports Northside Neighbor.

In addition to the residential and retail components, the project will include city government offices, a performing arts center, meeting areas and greenspace.
The residential portion will include 275 flats and 19 townhomes. The retail component will include more than 30,000 square feet of street-level space, the paper adds.
