On August 18, 2016, Mayor Kasim Reed announces the sale of Turner Field to Georgia State University, Carter and Oakwood Development.
The Carter team enjoyed participating in Atlanta Streets Alive where final recommendations and plans were presented by the Turner Field LCI team.
