Construction Update: Story Riverside

Story community under construction west of downtown Atlanta has begun leasing homes.

NOW LEASING - South Fulton, Georgia

Carter is developing Story Riverside, a 300-unit multifamily residential community located in the burgeoning community of South Fulton, just west of Atlanta. Group 4 Design is the architect, and Summit is the general contractor. Construction broke ground in April 2022 and is tracking for a full completion in Spring 2024.

Story Riverside sits on 26.3 acres along Campbellton Road, less than a mile from Fulton Industrial Parkway and across the street from a new Publix-anchored shopping center. +/- 6.5 acres of the site will be sold at a future date to a commercial developer. The site is 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta and 15 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. 

The community comprises one-, two-, and three-bedroom options, all with modern high-end finishes. Residents will have access to an outdoor swimming pool, a fenced dog park and dedicated pet grooming station, two outdoor kitchen and entertainment areas, a fitness center, and other amenities. 

Story Riverside is now leasing and welcoming its first residents.
