ABOUT THE PROJECT

The DeSota encompasses just over one acre at the intersection of 2nd Street and Central Avenue, across from a high-end Whole Foods center and close to Sarasota’s arts district, business district, restaurants and nightlife, and the Sarasota Marina. The building is a Class A, mixed-use apartment tower consisting of 180 residential units and approximately 15,000 square feet of retail. Amenities include a pool, club room, and state-of-the-art fitness center. The project also includes 270 spaces of secure, structured parking on-site.
