715 PEACHTREE

Perfectly situated within the Peachtree corridor in Midtown Atlanta.

ATLANTA, GA

ABOUT THE PROJECT

715 Peachtree was acquired by a partnership of Carter and Pacific Coast Capital Partners in July of 2015. The off-market transaction follows Carter’s long-standing history of developing and investing in Midtown Atlanta. The 318,000 sf office building and adjoining 505-space parking garage are ideally located at the corner of 3rd Street and Peachtree Street across from MARTA access and the famed Fox Theater.

The building was constructed in 1972 and has an abundance of outdoor space, large, efficient floor plates, and prime Peachtree retail frontage. Carter invested in significant renovations to modernize the building in an effort to attract growing technology companies which are increasingly flocking to the Midtown submarket, in large part due to its proximity to Georgia Tech.

There are many high-profile tenants in the building, including Honeywell International’s software development center, which occupies 93,000 square feet on three floors. SPACES, a co-working concept by Regus, occupies 41,000 square feet which includes glassed-in space off the lobby and Atlanta-based Land of A Thousand Hills Coffee has a front lobby space with an entrance on Peachtree Street. Bareburger opened its first Atlanta location in the building and Stone Summit operates a rock-climbing gym in the basement of the building. Eaton Lighting occupies 20,000 square feet on the 10th floor and Gather Technologies took occupancy in August 2018 of 31,000 square feet.
